Welcome to Ashbrooke's world of virtual
learning materials
through CD. This CD provides users with reading materials followed
with challenges to test their knowledge and uptake. The following steps are
recommended when learning using these materials:
-
Read materials in the order of their presentation, for example,
Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, etc. The materials are organized to develop the user
progressively.
-
At the end of each Section, for example
Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, there is a review designed as a crossword puzzle. It
is in pdf format and requires printing for proper use. Complete the
crossword puzzle. Check the answers by clicking the
button at the top of any page.
-
At the end of Sections 2, 4 and 7 are
Questionnaire references.
-
Whilst using either puzzles or questionnaires, the user can
review the responses by using the
button at the top of each
page. The user can investigate the response by moving the curser to
the correct response for direction to the reading materials for further user
materials review. (Note: The questionnaires can be confirmed for the
correct response immediately during use by moving the curser to the T or F of the
question then clicking the choice; the crossword puzzle cannot as it's in printable pdf format only.)
At various points throughout the materials, you
will see these boxes:
Stop at this point in your studies and click the
box to attempt the practice exercise. Follow the instructions, as
applicable. For ease, you may wish to print the pdf version of the
Practice
Case Study Background before beginning the exercises. There are model
solutions with each exercise to compare your answer. Should your answers
not be compatible (similar in nature / structure / composition) with the
example, re-examine the previous study sections, then try again. Once you
have succeeded with this exercise, continue your studies. Repeat these
exercises as many times as you need to ensure that you understand the relevant
learning materials. Please contact our office (001 604 552 0496) or email at
ashbrooke@ashbrooke.com
or print then fax (001 604 552 0497) your exercise results should you continue
to have queries or concerns regarding the exercise.
The user is able to return to
read or review any material at any time by clicking the
button at the top of any page.
One final recommendation ... explore the CD
before proceeding into the materials by clicking many buttons, sort of an
informal tour of the CD. This will assist in the user's comfort within
the material.
